What are my payment options when I pay online?
artco5 offers multiple solutions for payment. Klarna Checkout is a payments solution which supports multiple ways of secure payment. Depending on your location you can either pay by credit/debit card, invoice, bank transfer and more. Please see what options are available for you in the checkout menu. In addition, you can always choose to use PayPal to pay for your order.
Can I choose to pay later?
Yes you may. Depending on your location you can use Klarna Pay Later to wait for your products to arrive before you make the payment. After you complete the order you have fourteen (14) days to complete your payment without any interest cost. If you want to delay the payment even later you can choose Klarna Slice It where you can spread the cost of the purchase into equal monthly payments. Please read more and see what is available for you in the checkout menu.
When do I get the invoice?
In case you choose to pay later the invoice will be sent out at the latest the day after your purchase. The invoice will be sent to the email address you enter in the checkout menu.
How long does it take before I receive my order?
All purchases that are confirmed before 14:00 CET/CEST are shipped the same day for all business days. Depending on your location the package will normally be with you within 1-4 business days.
How much is shipping?
It depends on your order and your location. The shipping cost is indicated in the checkout menu before you complete your order.
How do I return products that are damaged?
Kindly inform us at [email protected] as soon as you have received your delivery. In case of damaged goods artco5 will of course cover the shipping cost for returning the goods.
What if I regret my purchase and want to return my order?
You always have a fourteen (14) days withdrawal period. Please inform us by email as soon as possible, at the latest fourteen (14) days after you have received your order. Please send your email to [email protected]. In case you choose to withdraw your order you will need to cover the shipping cost for the return.
How do I receive the refund if I choose to withdraw my order?
After we have received your returned order we will, depending on your chosen payment method, either reimburse your credit/debet card or cancel your invoice.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our wood products (trays, trivets and coasters) are all manufactured in Sweden by a manufacturer with a legacy of crafting these items for over 20 years. Our textile products are manufactured in the Baltics by a family ran company.
Who are the designers behind the products?
We enable a wide mix of designers, both well established and up-and-coming, to showcase their designs. You can find the designer name next to all products under “Product description”.
What does FSC certification stand for?
FSC stands for Forest Stewardship Concil. FSC work to take care of our forests and those who rely on them: by protecting plant and animal species, indigenous peoples' rights, forest workers' safety, and much more.

What does OEKO-TEX certification stand for?
The STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® is a worldwide consistent, independent testing and certification system for raw, semi-finished, and finished textile products at all processing levels, as well as accessory materials used. The OEKO-TEX® tests for harmful substances are fundamentally based on the respective purpose of the textiles and materials. The more intensive the skin contact of a product and the more sensitive the skin, the stricter the human-ecological requirements that need to be complied with.
